Each group placement counts as one post credit. If you submit a post in both groups, that uses two of your four credits.
You may submit a maximum of one post per group within a 24-hour period. All four credits cannot be used on the same day.
Your four posts must be used within 30 days of purchase. Unused posts expire and do not roll over.
After purchasing, you’re welcome to submit your promotional posts directly to the appropriate group approval queue.
Posting approvals are available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Posts submitted outside that window will be reviewed during the next approval period. Flexible Four Pack purchases do not include automatic post approval, and all posts must follow each group’s posting guidelines.
If the name used for your purchase is different from the name displayed on your Facebook profile, you must complete the verification form so we can connect your purchase to the correct Facebook account.
Our system cannot automatically recognize that two different names belong to the same person. Completing the form helps prevent delays with your post approvals.
